The marble quarried from mountains across Turkey and Greece carries a palette of warm grey and sage veining through pale stone — a surface formed over millions of years of mineral pressure and temperature that no craftsman could plan and no replica could replicate. This Monaco Edition rug was hand-knotted in viscose with that natural marble as its direct reference: grey and warm ivory in fluid veining forms that move across the surface with the ease of something geological rather than designed. Viscose is a plant-derived fibre that carries the neutral palette with a natural sheen, the surface reading differently under daylight and evening lighting. For a living room or bedroom.
