Constructivist poster designers of the 1920s used diagonal lines as symbols of energy and forward motion — a single slash across a circular composition carrying the force of a political argument in one graphic gesture. Monaco Edition took that visual energy and made it domestic in this circular wool and viscose rug: a bold diagonal line crossing a field of deep navy within a clean circular border, the composition immediate and resolved.
