Against a pale ground of warm cream and soft charcoal striations, a single circular seal drawn in fine terracotta line sits slightly off-centre — a composition that feels discovered rather than designed, like a page from a private archive where someone pressed a stamp and left it there. The inspiration came from the wax seals and hand-stamps of historical correspondence, objects that carried identity and authority in a single mark and were never meant to be decorative but always were.
