A large dark rectangular field anchored by a warm amber base stripe and framed in cream — a composition of almost architectural simplicity that carries far more visual weight than its restraint would suggest. The design was inspired by the Bauhaus tradition of using proportion and colour relationship as the primary tools of visual design, where a rectangle placed correctly does more than an elaborate pattern ever could. Woven in wool with a surface that is dense, warm and deeply satisfying underfoot, the Modernist Frame is a rug for interiors that have arrived at their own point of view and no longer need to explain it — calm, assured, and made to last.
