Ellsworth Kelly spent decades working with the relationships between simple geometric forms — two rectangles placed side by side, a circle beside a square — studying how the space between them and the colour within them changed the feeling of a composition entirely. This Monaco Edition wool rug was drawn from that sustained inquiry: deep forest green and warm coral forms sitting on a pale ivory ground in a composition where every placement has been worked out rather than guessed. Pure natural wool carries the bold palette with a matte warmth that keeps the composition grounded, and it is renewable and biodegradable. For a living room or home office where design thinking is part of the brief. Available in custom sizes.
