This Monaco Edition rug began with a question the minimalist textile artists of the 1970s were asking: what happens when you place almost nothing on a surface and let the surface itself become the subject? A single thread of cool colour running through a warm ivory wool field — and suddenly the ground, rather than the mark, is what fills the room: the pile catching light, the natural warmth of the fibre, the quality that only hand-finished wool at this level carries. A rug for bedrooms and dressing rooms where the interior has been pared back to what genuinely matters. Custom sizes available.
