This rug was born from the visual thinking of early Constructivism — the moment in the 1920s when artists in Moscow and Berlin decided that a composition built from three deliberate marks was worth more than a lifetime of ornament. The bold geometric anchor in the lower field and the loose branching lines above it recreate that same tension between structure and freedom that made that era so visually alive. Woven in wool by Monaco Edition with a dense, warm pile that holds its character for years, this is a rug for a home office or living room where design is approached with genuine intention rather than decoration.
