Photographed through a microscope, the surface of a snowflake reveals a crystalline architecture of perfect symmetry — a six-pointed form of extraordinary delicacy built by physics rather than by any maker's hand. Monaco Edition translated that microscopic quality into this circular wool rug: a fine radial snowflake form in warm ivory at the centre of a pale ground, surrounded by a scattered halo of fine dots, the composition visible in the way that tonal ornament always is — present when the light finds it, absent when the light moves on.
