The diamond frame — a concentric series of diamond forms nested inside one another, each slightly smaller than the last — appears in decorative arts across every culture that has worked with geometry, from North African tilework to Scandinavian weaving, because the form creates an optical depth that no flat pattern achieves. This Monaco Edition wool rug builds its entire composition from that single device: nested diamonds in deep teal, warm ivory and soft grey, the concentric geometry giving the surface a sense of recession that makes a room feel more considered.
