The decorative arts of Uzbekistan produced some of the most visually complex flat-weave textiles in the world — ikat patterns, geometric borders and central medallion forms assembled in a single piece with the density of a composition that had been refined over generations. This Monaco Edition wool rug draws from that richness: a large central circle in warm coral and ivory, surrounded by a field of fine geometric marks in the same spirit as the traditional Uzbek suzani, the natural wool pile carrying the warm palette with a matte depth that suits both the design and the rooms it enters.
